Rein has over twenty years of investigative,
security and consulting experience.
In 1997, he obtained his private investigators license and opened
Precision Investigations.
In fall of 2006, Precision Investigations name was changed to
R.J. Schuerger & Associates.
The firm primarily works as an investigative and consulting firm
to business and entertainment industry clients.

Dale Gustafson is the Owner & Qualified
Manger of DGA Detectives (www.dgadetectives.com) and the Qualified
Manager & Lead Instructor of the Nick Harris Detective Academy
(www.nickharrisdetectives.com). He has a Bachelors Degree in
Business and Journalism. His work history includes Military Intelligence,
Police Officer, Probation Officer, and Investigative Journalist.
He became a Private Investigator in 1992. His business interests
also include, Attorney Services, Bail Bonds and Fugitive Recovery.

San Diego District Director
Sarah J. Carson holds a Masters in Business Administration degree
from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
For fifteen years she held key management posts in several major
U.S. corporations and financial institutions. After entering
the investigation field, Sarah spent nearly ten years investigating
attorney misconduct for the State Bar of California before founding
her own agency.
Sarah holds several certifications, including Certified
Fraud Examiner and Master Investigator of Network Telecommunications. She
is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners,
the National Association of Investigative Specialists, the Professional
Investigators of California, the Society of Competitive Intelligence
Professionals, and the Association of Independent Information
Professionals.
Ms. Carson is licensed by the California Department of Consumer
Affairs Bureau of Security and Investigative Services and by
the New York State Department of State. She is also bonded in
New York State and is registered as a process server in California.

Orange County District Director
Gary S. Brummond is a Licensed Professional Investigator, based
in Orange County. With a Bachelor's Degree in business from Cal
Poly Pomona, and after a four year investigative apprenticeship
with a Long Beach firm, Mr. Brummond opened in 2001 and currently
operates GSB Investigations.
Working primarily for Attorneys and other Licensed Professional
Investigators, Mr. Brummond specializes in several areas of investigation
which include: locating witnesses for depositions and trial;
serving legal process upon evasive individuals; conducting on-line
and on-site criminal, civil and asset backgrounds; traveling
to courthouses to review & copy pertinent case file information;
gathering competitive intelligence and conducting surveillance.
Mr. Brummond joins the Board of Director's of PICA to promote
the networking ability of its members, enhance the continuing
education of its members through the position of Editor of the
PICA Investigative Reporter, and to assist with creation and
support of key legislative issues that allow Licensed Professional
Investigators open access to all public records.

Paul Dryman is a California Licensed Professional
Investigator and founder, owner and president of Informed Decision,
Investigative and Background Information Services, Inc. with
headquarters based in Thousand Oaks. He has over thirty
years of experience in corporate management, security and personnel
pre-screening.
