Option 1 JOIN OUR MEMBERSHIP: For your convenience you can submit your payment for membership online.

Option 3: Download the application form, print it out, print legibly, then mail with your check for $99 made out to PICA. RENEWING members must fill out the form as well, and pay $129 renewal dues.
