ABOUT PICA
The object and purpose of Professional Investigators of California, (PICA) is to promote and maintain the highest ethical practices in the profession of Private Investigator; to perpetuate a spirit of cooperation among its members and the general public; to establish and further a mutual feeling of trust, goodwill and friendship among professionals throughout the industry, nationally and worldwide; to advance the profession with ongoing educational opportunities; to protect the consumer public; and to articulate and advocate the needs, interests and benefits of the profession before the media, and the legislative branches of local, state and federal government.
PICA encourages industry professionals and qualified students to take an active part in a growing industry by applying for membership in Professional Investigators of California.
