ABOUT PICA

The object and purpose of Professional Investigators of California, (PICA) is to promote and maintain the highest ethical practices in the profession of Private Investigator; to perpetuate a spirit of cooperation among its members and the general public; to establish and further a mutual feeling of trust, goodwill and friendship among professionals throughout the industry, nationally and worldwide; to advance the profession with ongoing educational opportunities; to protect the consumer public; and to articulate and advocate the needs, interests and benefits of the profession before the media, and the legislative branches of local, state and federal government.
